Food Truck on the UMaine Campus?

Recently, in New York City there have been a large amount of food trucks that drive around the city and offer quick tacos or other gourmet meals. I think the idea of having a food truck with local and healthy food that drove to campus once a week would be really benefecial and exciting for the student body. It would be ideal to have the truck go to the university mall because students would pass by the truck at some point. I would personally take advance of local and organic food if it came to campus! Who wouldn’t?
