Transportation on Campus

I had this idea earlier in the year and I still have not forgot about it. I think parking on Umaine is such a large issue on campus and it prevents students from getting to class on time. The bike or trolley system that would be run by students would be an effective system that I feel would benefit a large part of the campus. With less cars on the campus there would be less accidents, it would reduce the time students spent looking for a parking spot and it would actually be more beneficial to the enviornment. By going green and using bikes operated and driven by students this would make the parking issue a lot of managable.
