I have arrived in Sardinia!

So, people are probably wondering why I haven’t been blogging everyday and the reason is because there is ZERO Wi-Fi on the island of Sardinia. It’s like they are 30 years behind when it comes to the Internet and technology.. Anyways, we got to Sardinia late Friday night and Saturday was our first beach day.

It honestly feels like a dream being back here. It is complete paradise where we live. Our house is on a mountain overlooking the Medterrean Sea, it is absolutely breathtaking and words cannot describe its beauty. It is very quiet where we live and of course it is impossible to get Internet so I had to search very hard to find a café that had usable Wi-Fi.

Sardinia is truly like no place in the entire world. This is my 16^th trip to Sardinia and I’ve spent my summers here since I was very young. I was just a baby and I first learned to swim on the same beach that we go to everyday. I tried seafood here for the first time, I started to speak Italian here for the first time and all my memories as a young child were spent on this island. With its tropical white sand beaches, indescribable food and its beautiful culture, Sardinia is truly my home away from home.
